So in aid of settling this we have the top three recipes below to help you to help us. Besides, its is getting cold out, so why brave the elements when you can leave your wine purchasing up to us.

BRAISED LAMB SHANKS IN MERLOT WITH FIGS
Forget getting rugged up to go out for dinner. Invite some friends over, turn up the heat and relax with a glass of Hatton Estate Merlot, and at this special price you can even splash a little more into this delicious concoction. This is Jo's recipe, and it really is quite stellar.

POACHED PHEASANT IN A STAR ANISE AND CHILLI BROTH
Culinary legend Rick Stein has created this luscious recipe as a perfect match for Syrah. What a great way to sweeten up a sour weekend afternoon spending time in the kitchen creating this masterpiece and enjoying it with a glass or two of our amazing Syrah. There is only one person who would submit a recipe such as this: Michael. It must be all that dining abroad. If you don't believe us, check out his travel diary.

CABERNET FILET MIGNON
Palm off the kids to whoever will take them and hunker down for the night with this romantic meal for two, guaranteed to set the mood for a wonderful, and possibly peaceful evening. A delicious marriage between the steak and Hatton Estate Reserve. Rachel has submitted this one. It is so easy even she can cook it (and she is really quite hopeless in the kitchen).
