We may get into a little trouble here, but if you promise not to tell I think we can get away with it....
The boss has gone gallivanting overseas again so we have no one here to tell us off for what we are about to do. Since he gets to swan around the worlds best restaurants, we thought we would have a little fun here too. It may not be Gordon Ramsays in England, but we still know how to have a good time.
Brace yourselves because this deal is so good for you we are guaranteed to get reprimanded if we get caught.
Big Shed Red 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot
Single bottle price will stay the same at $19.95
Half Case price is $15.00 a bottle, or 90 bucks all up for 6 bottles!
Case price is $14.50 a bottle or 174 bucks all up for 12 bottles!
In for a penny, in for a pound... we might as well throw in free delivery for the North Island while we are at it.
This deal is too good to pass up. Stock the cellar for the imminent winter blast. There is nothing nicer than being rugged up against the cold in front of a roaring hot fire with a glass of red wine in one hand and your loved one in the other. Bliss.
If you would like to be an accessory to our naughtiness then click on this to send us an email with your order. Alternatively copy this address into your chosen email provider jo@hattonestate.com and we will sort you out with this mighty fine deal.
And just think, if we can pull this off with the boss being none the wiser then we can do it all the time, as he travels a lot. It is a win win situation if you ask us.
While in the theme of getting into trouble when the boss is away, we have a tradition of Wine Fridays where we all sit down and enjoy Hatton Estate over lunch, but with no boss here we have decided to start the tradition of wine Mondays Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Click on this to be witness to our bad behaviour.
If you would like to join us then come along to the cellar door. We are still open for three more Sundays before winter takes all the enthusiasm out of travel, but we are always here during the week, regardless of the weather.
Eat well, drink better, and don't tell the boss!
