Oh yeah! Crayfish and EC2. This is really a match made in heaven. If you haven't had the chance to experience this culinary delight then we suggest you start making plans to do so.

Yum. Thank you Carson. If you want to cook you cray on the BBQ remember that it only takes a little while. Cut your raw crayfish in half. Remove the pooper tube. Make sure your barbie is nice and hot and place your cray shell side down and cook for about 3 minutes. Drizzle with olive oil. Turn over and sear the meaty side. Now eat it before Rachel gets to it.
