Cabernet 75% Merlot 13% Cabernet Franc 12%
Colour: Clear inviting deep plum red
Nose: Lush, fat cassis on nose, ripe black forest fruits with a hint of cedar
Palate: Tight, fine ripe fruit very mellow delicate Cabernet Sauvignon reflecting warm vintage, good structure, elegantly tannic - reflecting good balance between fruit and oak tannins. Lingering finish.
Drinking now to 2007 , opens up delightfully in the glass and benefits from decanting.
